We are pleased to accommodate exchanges and refundsΒ withinΒ 14 calendar days of receiving theΒ items.Β 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in a resellable condition with the original tag attached to the garment. To arrange an exchange or refund, please send an email, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products, toΒ team@koup.co with your order number, photos of theΒ item(s) you wish to returnΒ and packaging. We will contact you with details on where to send the returned item(s). Koup will not cover the cost of return shipping.Β 

When returning a parcel worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and if they are in an acceptable state.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, the return will take up to two weeks from receipt of item(s) to appear on your statement.Β Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and for free-shipping orders, the $9.99 shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.

For exchanges, the item(s) will be sent once we receivedΒ the shipping costs, shipping options with different costsΒ canΒ be provided upon request. However, Koup is not responsible for replacing any lost or damaged items that resulted in using non-trackable services.Β
