Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in both the US and Taiwan using trackableΒ postage services.Β All Shipments are FOB (Free on Board),Β hence custom charges may apply.Β Unfortunate events may happen in that the parcel will get lost during its delivery but we will do everything we can to help track them down, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the expected time frame and the damage in transit due to the performance of our shipping partners.Β

SHIPPING TIME

For US mainland orders it currently takes up to 14 calendar days to deliver your orders. If any items are out of stock from our US warehouse, we will send a separate email to inform you. For orders outside the US, we fulfil from our warehouse in Taiwan and are posted through our logistic partners and you will get a trackable link to follow your shipment's journey.Β 

PROCESSING TIME

It takesΒ up toΒ 5 calendar days to process your order,Β regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.Β We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the trackingΒ details once your order ships, the shipping informationΒ can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 5 calendar days, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. ShippingΒ charges and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.Β

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-4 calendar days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. In the event of inaccurate information provided, a $25 fee is applied to change theΒ shipping informationΒ after the order has been shipped with the express courier, however, it is not possible to change the address of the post office service. We are not responsible for replacing any orders lost due to inaccurate information provided by the customers.Β

RECEIVING DELIVERY

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address). In addition, if you've selected express courier service, PO box addresses are not accepted.Β
